Home Health Recruiter Opportunity Description
 
Our client is a well-established and growing HomeHealthcare organization. They have a current opening for a Home Health Recruiterbased in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area.  The is an in-office position.  This person will lead all Home Health, Private Duty, and Personal Care recruiting efforts for nursing including Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. An experienced Healthcare Recruitment Professional is required. Home Health, Home Care, or Hospice experience is preferred. 
Home Health Recruiter Job Requirements 

• 3 – 5 years of RN and LPN recruiting experience.
• Home Health / Hospice / Personal Care background strongly preferred.
• Tech savvy with strong communication and organizational skills.

Home Health Recruiter Job Responsibilities 

• Source / screen candidates, coordinate interview process with hiring managers, and negotiate offers.
• Manage candidate database (ATS) and create / maintain job descriptions, job postings and advertisements.
• Work closely with HR team.
