Human Resources Recruiter

Integra Healthcare Equipment is a Durable Medical Equipment company providing patients with medical equipment for all their healthcare needs. We are looking for a self-motivated individual seeking an opportunity to join our Human Resource team. We support our 8 locations in IL, MO, MI, WI, MN, and FL.

The Human Resources Recruiter will be mainly responsible for recruiting, screening, onboarding, updating job boards, and providing support to Human Resources Generalist. We are looking for an individual who is ready to learn and undertake a variety of HR duties.

Responsibilities

· Recruiting and screening potential new hires

· Coordinates background checks and reference checks for potential new hires

· Ensures new hire paperwork is filed appropriately

· Collaborates with department managers to understand skills and experience required for new hires

· Set up pre-employment drug testing

· Perform additional duties and assist with other projects as requested

· Assist in badging and ID creation

· Conducts new hire interviews and exit interviews

· Answers frequently asked questions from applicants

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 1+ years in Human Resources preferred but not required
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
