Job Summary:
As a construction recruiter at Leapros Skilled Trades, you'll experience the excitement and gratification that comes with placing talented trades professionals (electricians, millwrights, cable technicians, plumbers, solar installers etc.) in jobs with leading national construction companies. Through extensive and ongoing training, you will learn the strategies necessary to become a successful, full-cycle recruiter. From sourcing resumes to interviewing and ongoing workforce management, you’ll receive all the tools needed to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

About Your Day-to-Day:
- You'll spend most of your day on the phone interviewing, qualifying candidates, and building relationships
- Outbound call metrics of 75+ per day
- Attend daily team meetings to update management, discuss opportunities and develop strategies
- Provide outstanding customer service as the main point of contact for all your worker's needs and concerns
- Complete necessary documentation in applicant tracking software (Avionte)
- We're a team environment, so you'll work cross-functionally with all departments, including payroll, compliance, and human resources
- Support and execute the goals of the company effectively and uphold company values
About You:
- A background in recruiting, sales, retail, customer service, call center, car rental, hospitality, food service, etc.
- Goal-oriented and financially motivated
- A Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
- Flexible schedule and ready to work atypical hours as needed
- Outstanding communicator with excellent time management skills
- Computer proficient with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required
