The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment and pre-onboarding processes from sourcing and attracting talent through generating recruitment plans at all levels and areas of the business. This highly visible position will need to network and develop strong business relationships within the industry, as well as the Isaiah House management team.
Requirements:- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video or in-person)
- Send job offers and answer questions about compensation and benefits
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Post and maintain job ads on Indeed, Facebook and other social media
- Strong organizational skills and problem solver
- Participate in local job fairs and chamber events to meet recruiting objectives
- Create with managers and maintain accurate job descriptions
- Assist new hires with onboarding and conduct new hire orientation
