Responsibilities:
Must have experience
- Must be well organized
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be self-motivating and capable of functioning independently
- Must be willing to travel to the other Manor of the Valley facilities
- Prepare and maintain personnel files
- Conduct recruiting, screening, orientation for new hires
- Assist with Department heads to assure compliance with the Assisted Living Regulations 2800 and Personal Care Regulations 2600
- Assist with annual training's
- Completed PA state police criminal background checks and assist with submitting FBI criminal background for all new hires.
- Manage Workers Compensation Claims
- Manage employee health benefits
- Input and maintain payroll information in the payroll data base as necessary
- Maintain communication with administration and department heads
- Consult with administration on strategic planning, and link a company's management with its employees
- Assist with employee relations
- Manage unemployment compensation
