Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of Human Resources projects
- Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist in the preparation of Human Resources reports and analytics
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Communicate project updates and Human Resources initiatives to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in drafting Human Resources related communications and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 – years of proven experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) software
- Knowledge of Human Resources best practices and employment laws
