Human Resources Project Coordinator

SHR Talent is partnering with a large healthcare organization in Nashville, TN in its search for a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. A successful candidate for the Human Resources Project Coordinator role will have one (1) – three (3) years of experience in an office setting, with a strong background in Human Resources and project coordination. The Human Resources Project Coordinator is a three (3) month 1099 contract opportunity. An ideal candidate for the Human Resources Project Coordinator role will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of Human Resources projects
• Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
• Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Assist in the preparation of Human Resources reports and analytics
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
• Communicate project updates and Human Resources initiatives to relevant stakeholders
• Assist in drafting Human Resources related communications and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 – years of proven experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) software
• Knowledge of Human Resources best practices and employment laws
