Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and the effective utilization of HR Information Systems (HRIS). The role requires a strong understanding of HRIS systems and the ability to leverage technology to streamline HR processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify HR system needs and enhancements, providing recommendations for system improvements.
- Develop and maintain HRIS procedures, guidelines, and documentation for system use, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting HRIS-related issues, providing technical support to end-users and resolving system errors in a timely manner.
- Generate and analyze HRIS reports to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making in areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management.\
- Conduct training sessions to educate HR staff and other stakeholders on HRIS functionalities, ensuring proper usage and adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging HRIS capabilities to support organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and HRIS solutions, recommending innovative approaches to optimize HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience working in Human Resources with a focus on HRIS administration, configuration, and management. In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
