We are seeking a Human Resources / Onboarding Summer Intern to join our team! This is a paid internship position, with the possibility of continued employment after the summer period.
The role will be responsible for administrative support of the Human Resources, Onboarding and other Administration departments.
This is an in office role located at our Mission Valley Office.
Paid internship $17-19 an hour.
Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to):
- Entering high volume new hires into the Payroll / HRIS system.
- Keep electronic employment files up to date and orderly.
- Work as a team to ensure a smooth new hire process for new and existing candidates.
- Creating credentials for new employees as well as terminating credentials when employees leave.
- Reviewing and validating all incoming documents. Accurately classifying, filing, distributing files.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks related to onboarding, payroll, and/or benefits that could include data entry, reporting, filing, and/or other activities.
- Participates on special projects as requested HR leadership.
- Possible front-desk support with receptionist responsibilities.

- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products
