Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking a dynamic ICU Neuro RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will care for our sickest patients, which may include patients on ventilators and various drips.
What will you will do in this role:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
- Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
- Associate Degree; BSN is preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience as RN in acute care environment is preferred
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- CCRN preferred
