Human Resources Manager – Union Experience Required
Salary $120,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation – Upper USA Mid-West

The responsibilities for you will be all the generalist activities in a Human Resource role in a union facility. Will handle planning and team development for operations. Will maintain current programs. Develop and implement new Human Resource programs. Employee relations, safety, hiring, training, and labor – especially grievances & negotiations - are a major portion of this position and you will need to show us your skills. Document them on your resume!
The company wants this HR Leader – you - to be a Business Partner for the organization. Will have a lot of support from an internal staff and interaction with corporate headquarters. This position reports into a Regional HR Manager.
Requirements for this Human Resources Manager’s position:
· Bachelors’ degree is a requirement
· At least 10 years in Human Resources in a manufacturing operation
· MUST have HR experience in a Union Manufacturing Environment
· Team developer, strategic planning and organizational development
· Excellent Employee Relations and Labor Relations skills including grievance and negotiations skills.
