We are looking for aHuman Resources Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.

• Responsible for all aspects of HR including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, onboarding and training, and compliance
• Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support human resource compliance and strategy needs.
• Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretations
• Implement new hire orientation and training programs
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
• Maintain HR Systems and processes
• Process payroll

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Manager
• Strong knowledge in HR processes and best practices
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communicator

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
