We are looking for aHuman Resources Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.
- Responsible for all aspects of HR including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, onboarding and training, and compliance
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretations
- Implement new hire orientation and training programs
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
- Maintain HR Systems and processes
- Process payroll
Specific qualifications for the position include :
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Manager
- Strong knowledge in HR processes and best practices
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communicator
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
