The Human Resources Manager is responsible for maintaining compliant Human Resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.
We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR operations. This position is remote and will require frequent travel throughout the state. The HR Manager will be responsible for completing various tasks, including hiring and onboarding employees. We are looking for a candidate with analytical thought processes and organizational skills to keep the facility compliant and cohesive. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following, and other related duties as assigned:
●Provides guidance and leadership to employees; assists with resolution of human resource, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
●Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organizations long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management.
●Lead human resource strategies and support employees.
●Develops, Implements, Trains and Maintains processes, procedures, and people systems for the HR department.
●Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
●Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
●Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, Human Resources, and talent management.
● Coordinate recruitment efforts for open positions, supporting hiring managers in hiring decisions, onboarding new team members, and collaborating with temporary and recruiting agencies.
●Performs other duties as assigned.

●Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
●At least 3 years of human resource management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or retail management experience highly preferred.
●Bachelors degree preferred.
●Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
