Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including employee recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources management and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and selection
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Human Resources management

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources management principles and practices
- Experience with HRIS systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System), UltiPro, Paychex, PeopleSoft, or Dayforce
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
