What you can expect to be doing:
- Work collaboratively with HR colleagues while demonstrating a clear expertise in the various aspects of Human Resources, especially in the areas of performance, compensation, and training and development
- Partner with one, or more, HR Managers to resolve employee relations issues and provide coaching to employees and senior leadership
- Serve as on-site HR Manager acting as first line of support of employees needs
- Project management and process improvement
- Responsible for conducting new hire orientations, paperwork and onboarding
- Responsible for conducting exit interviews, paperwork & off boarding
- Respond to inquiries regarding benefits and corporate policies in a professional and timely manner
- Responsible for onboarding / offboarding, tracking & compliance of contractors
- Conduct onsite & virtual training on HR topics & procedures as needed
This might be the job for you if you have:
- 6 – 9 years of HR experience, ideally in a variety of disciplines
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- PHR/SPHR is a plus but not required
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail
- A strong team player with the ability to build consensus across multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management and process-orientation as well as a high tolerance for ambiguity amidst change
- Good consultative skills and strong ability/willingness to identify and constructively address and resolve challenges that arise
- Ability to navigate the Microsoft Suite of products
