Human Resources Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support related to recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, training, compensation, and benefits.
• Improve or replace current systems or processes to better handle company HR needs.
• Provides regular training and coaching to managers on HR systems and processes.
• Updates and maintains HR systems and records and conducts regular system audits.
• Handles basic employee relations issues and problems.
• Assists with the background check screening process and determines eligibility for hire.
• Advises and informs employees of changes and developments related to insurance benefits including eligibility, coverage, and provisions.
• Assists in the maintenance of job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents.
• Handles leave administration from the employee's initial notice of the need for leave to the return to work. Facilitates other leave requests, which may include accommodation requests under the ADA.
• Manage legal requirements affecting human resource functions and ensure policies, procedures, compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
• Assists with HR reporting and ad hoc reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Operations Management, or related field
• At least 5 ~ 7 years' experience in Human Resources
• Existing knowledge of labor laws and managing HR functions
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Proficient in MS Office suits (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
