AddressPreferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field; or 2+ years experience in an HR Analyst, Talent Management or Organizational Effectiveness role.
- Experience or training in using systems to obtain and interpret data for analysis, metrics, and reports to create visual representations of analytical data for presentation purposes.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
Job Summary
Supports the development, implementation, and measurement of Talent Management programs. Conducts assessments and analyses to determine the effectiveness of programs and processes.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Assists with the development and execution of Talent Management programs.
- Creates and manages all Talent Management analytics and reports.
- Collects data to summarize key takeaways and themes from analysis.
- Provides support to the Talent Management team in the planning and execution of Talent Management programs and processes.
- Trains HR business partners on Talent Management systems, tools, processes, and programs.
- Assists the talent team with the development of Talent Management systems.
- Supports training, coaching, professional development, and experiential assignments that make up the Talent Management strategy.
- Promotes training and development programs as well as career pathing initiatives through analysis and reporting of Talent Management efforts.
Nature and Scope
- Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.
- Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process.
- May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel.
Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally, 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
