Job Description
A healthcare network in Connecticut is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team in Fairfield County as their new Human Resources Manager. In this role, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing two direct reports (HR Business Partners) and will sit onsite at the facility.
Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing, administering, communicating, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs and processes in Recruitment, Retention, Employee Relations, Employee On-Boarding, Labor Relations, HR Policy and HR Practice, Performance Management, Consultative Interventions, Employee Training, Change Management, and regulatory Compliance such as Federal and State Employment Laws, Joint Commission, and the Department of Health.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a Management role
- Experience in Recruitment & Employee Relations
Desired Skills:
- Outpatient Healthcare and/or Hospital experience
