SalaryWren Kitchens are hiring for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our Head Officeteam in Greenwich, CT
About the role:
The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead our USA HR team, ensuring high quality, consistent HR services across the business, and creating a culture of high performance in all areas.
This role offers a salary of $75,000- $100,000 per annum, dependant on experience and an exceptional benefits package.
The role will be based in Greenwich, CT, with occasional travel to other sites required.
Duties may include:
- Managing HR function across the US business, including Retail, Manufacturing and Transport functions
- Provide valuable and commercially orientated HR advice to senior stakeholders across the business
- Managing and developing HR policies and practices to ensure legal compliance
- Anticipate potential employee issues and collaborating with leaders to address concerns before they escalate
- Align HR strategy with overall company goals and customising approaches for the business area's unique cultures
- Delivering and overseeing the communication of new HR initiatives where necessary
- Engaging with management and teams within the business to ensure day to day HR issues are handled and dealt with efficiently
- Manage and develop direct reports to ensure all KPI’s are achieved
- Work with managers on personal development plans and performance management
About you:
You will be an experienced senior HR professional, with a background in retail, manufacturing or a similar business model. Previous experience of leading, developing and training a team of HR professionals is essential. You will be up to date on current federal and state employment law, and a relevant degree or HR based qualification is preferred.
The role will be 40 hours per week, over 5 days – based primarily in Greenwich, CT.
