Are you a college student seeking an internship that offers hands-on experience and the chance to work with a dynamic team? The Foth Companies is currently seeking a team-focused and collaborative Human Resources (Recruiting) Intern to support our recruitment team with sourcing and campus recruiting activities. This full-time, Internship position will be working out of our Green Bay, WI headquarters.
Your Responsibilities: - Collaborate with our hiring teams to understand our talent needs and help define our recruiting goals.
- Work closely with our lead recruiters to get involved in the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Research and implement innovative methods for sourcing potential interns, co-op participants, and full-time employees.
- Assist in executing our corporate diversity outreach plan and support our campus recruiting program.
- Engage in talent marketing-related projects to enhance Foth's appeal to top talent.
- Embrace and promote our Core Values, including Honesty, Respect, Courage, Accountability, Integrity, Selflessness, Passion, and Fun.
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
- You're a college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ideally, you are at a junior level in your academic journey.
- Your GPA is 3.0 or higher.
