- Learn HR generalist tasks within global functions.
- Assist in continuous improvement opportunities with employees, new vendors, and trainings.
- Analyze trends in people metrics and recommend standard for Global HR groups.
- Assist in the increased number of investigations.
- Learning how to perform HR generalist tasks for functional client groups (compensation recommendations, onboarding support, employee data changes, etc.)
- Interviewing stakeholders and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with HRIS to get metrics, drive standardization among groups, and review best practices for understanding metrics.
- Assisting with investigations and writing reports.
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources and/or Business preferred.
- U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
- Duration: Summer 2024. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship - must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions if working remotely. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
