Summary: The part-time paid HR Intern is primarily responsible for assisting with compliance for the company's corporate HR department. The HR Internwill support the HR Manager in compiling and analyzing data to ensure that strategic goals are met relating to all workforce needs.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Assist the HR Manager with research and data entry for the HR Score Card and Dashboards.
- May be required to coordinate and conduct exit interviews.
- May act as witness during employee relations investigations.
- Field calls from employees and managers seeking HR guidance.
- Compensation Administration:
- Assist market wage analysis, wage range review, andadministration.
- Respond to compensation surveys as directed by the HR Manager.

- Maintain and assist with the company careers page and external job advertisements.
- Screen and assist withapplications and ensure that appropriate candidates are forwarded to Hiring Managers.
- Conduct and assist withphone screens for corporate, office, and managerial level positions.
- Refer and assist withqualified candidates to Hiring Managers for onsite interviews.
Data Entry:
- Basic data entry for employee record keeping.
- Basic clerical duties as assigned.
- Digital record keeping.
- Document conversion.
