Our Company the best in class- solutions is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Human Resources Manager to join our Corporate Office Team.
Our Human Resources Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department for the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs, carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment throughout all Global offices.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all of these areas:
· organizational and space planning;
· performance management and improvement systems;
· organization development;
· employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;
· employee orientation, development, and training;
· policy development and documentation;
· employee relations;
· company-wide committee facilitation;
· company employee communication;
· compensation and benefits administration;
· employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and
· employee services and counseling.
. Payroll, Benefits, Employee engagement and other assigned duties.
· Recruiting and staffing logistics, if necessary.
The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
The Human Resources Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
Primary Objectives:

Requirements
Minimum of four years HR experience with a manufacturing company
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not necessary
· Experience with OSHA and other Safety Standards
· Working knowledge of various aspects of Human Resources, including, but not limited to group employee benefits, payroll administration, employee relations, legal compliance, and regulations
· Demonstrated knowledge of HR Information systems, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
· Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills
· Excellent Organizational Skills
· Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, manage difficult situations professionally, and respond to company and employee needs promptly while developing and fostering successful business relationships
· Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to observe confidentiality and maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and changing priorities.
· Ability to qualify and obtain the PHR or SPHR designation
· Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with serious work ethic
· Must be able to travel when required
