What to expect:
As the on-site Human Resources representative at Rocky Knoll, you will add value to the organization and help promote our mission by providing full service Human Resources support with the highest level of integrity and respect. The core responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- In collaboration with leadership, design and implement recruitment strategies demonstrating plan ownership
- Facilitate, implement and train management on recruitment process including Neo-Gov applicant tracking
- Manage recruitment process for the facility to provide full cycle recruitment including job postings, social media platforms, phone screening, interviews, applicant testing, candidate logs, and onboarding
- Represent Sheboygan County at local job fairs and recruitment events
- Orient new employees and respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and benefits provided along with assisting in the completion of original HR documents, including benefits, retirement, W-4 and I-9 forms; distributes necessary Human Resources information (insurance, handbooks, policies)
- In collaboration with the leadership team, develop and implement creative strategies to improve retention; collect, analyze and prepare data on various recruitment efforts
- Complete related projects, surveys, and reports; maintain applicant and data record log
- Assist Sr. Human Resources Generalist with benefit administration, Family Medical and General Leaves processes, and wellness challenge coordination and materials for Rocky Knoll employees
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience as well as recruitment experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable practices to include recruitment, hiring, separation, leadership training, and benefits
- Demonstrate knowledge of effective social media platforms and approaches relative to recruiting
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills; ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
- Advanced skills in using office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio and (JD Edwards preferred.);
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to organize work flow and maintain a filing system; ability to work independently and reliably with limited direct supervision

Note: This position is supported by ARPA dollars for 2023-2024. It will be evaluated annually and the position may be continued based on performance, impact and funding availability.

3-4 days per week: This position will be based out of Rocky Knoll Health Care Center located in Plymouth, WI.
1-2 days per week: This position will be based out of the Administration Building in Sheboygan.

Pay: $23.94 - $30.42 per hour
