Human Resources Generalist

Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing and supporting Human Resource strategies providing a broad range of Human Resources Generalist functions aligned with the goals, objectives, and culture of our company.

This role provides support and direction to individual managers and all of our team members in areas including but not limited to; employee relations, performance feedback, policies and procedures, HRIS data management, performance management, employee learning and development, staffing support and organizational change. The role is also responsible for critical recordkeeping and a variety of administrative tasks.

• Two or more years of previous Human Resources experience preferred, with an emphasis in employee relations. Experience in a multi-state organization is a plus
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing employee relations practices
• Outstanding customer service skills and an excellent professional demeanor
• Position requires an extremely perceptive and outgoing person, who can relate to individuals at all levels and from all backgrounds
• Ability to deal with internal and external customers and to ensure compliance with employment practices. Must have the ability to constantly prioritize multiple tasks and completing deliverables in a timely, accurate, courteous, and professional manner
• Excellent oral and written communications
• Microsoft Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to develop and nurture relationships based on trust and respect, follow directions, deal effectively with stressful situations, complete assignments, follow through on deliverables, and embrace our culture of continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player, helping us identify and solve challenges
• Must have meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively and analytically. We need someone who can identify areas of opportunity and take initiative to solve challenges and resolve problems
• Experience using HRIS systems
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment
