Job Summary
Under general supervision, provide guidance and solutions on Human Resources operational issues. Partner with management to facilitate the delivery of HR services. Ensure the organization's current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is implemented effectively.
Serve as contact for employees and answer questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop positive employee relations initiatives. Train employees and managers on the correct interpretation and administration of the company's Human Resources policy. Help management maintain positive relationships with employees. .
• Evaluate the internal climate of employees, advise managers to identify and implement actions that improve or maintain a positive environment of relations with employees.
• Partner with Human Resources management when conducting local investigations and resolving team member issues. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management. Represent the company, when necessary, in unemployment hearings.
• Link between Talent Acquisition and management in the recruitment and selection of candidates.
• Work with local managers to determine training needs. Collect data and analyze training requirements from the past and current year. Recommend training programs and their utilization to support employee and management development.
• Ensure an effective onboarding process for new employees.
• Ensure internal consistency and value in the administration of job evaluations and compensation programs. Facilitate organizational development and job evaluation processes. Assist local managers with salary and salary administration to ensure pay consistency and equity.
• Ensure Human Resources operation operates in accordance with federal, state and local employment requirements, e.g., Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), etc.
• Support affirmative action programs. Audit and maintain current work authorizations.
• Assist managers with the administration of Workers' Compensation policies and procedures. Take a leadership role to ensure employees return to work as soon as possible.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field plus 4 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience using the ADP or UKG payroll system is required Bilingual: Must speak and write English and Spanish.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Extensive knowledge of labor legislation.
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• Demonstrates competent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates a track record of great attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Highly reliable and capable of handling confidential information.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
