Starting Pay: $18.60/hour (and up depending on experience)
Essential Job Functions:
Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources, this generalist will be responsible for correlating, analyzing, and validating district and employee data prior to submitting to state, federal, and outside agencies; researching and resolving inconsistencies that develop; and will act as a liaison between DESE and Parkway. The generalist will also oversee updating work year calendars, coordinating student-teaching and observation placements, as well as hiring for summer school camps and other operations employees as assigned.

Qualifications Required:
- Very proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google, Parkway databases (MUNIS and other HR systems, PEERS, PARS, OCG), and information systems (Infinite Campus, DESE MOSIS)
- Prefer four-year degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and orientation
- Excellent analytical skills with proven track record of analyses and compilation of data
- Familiarity with the school district
- Able to work well with all levels within the organization and with outside agencies
