We are seeking a Human Resources professional who has a broad generalist background working with production or manufacturing organizations. This is an on-location position.
Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified job applicants, which includes collaboration with managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Perform background checks and run E-Verify checks. Address discrepancies with company leaders.
• Respond to unemployment claims and employment verifications.
• Assist the Moore payroll organization with weekly payroll processing.
• Conduct new hire orientation.
• Assist with annual benefits open enrollment and provide new employee enrollment support.
• Perform data entry tasks in the payroll, HRIS, and benefit platforms.
• Maintain personnel files and documentation, conducting regular compliance audits.
• Track attendance and support managers with performance management issues.
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience as a generalist, in production facility a plus
• A demonstrated ability to successfully interact with employees and leaders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and diligence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and in particular Word and Excel.
• Bilingual language skills are helpful, but not required.
