Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

• Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure fair and consistent resolution.

Talent Acquisition:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Performance Management:

• Facilitate performance review processes and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management policies and procedures.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Work with managers to create individual development plans for employees.

Compliance:

• Stay abreast of federal and state employment laws and ensure company compliance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes align with legal requirements.

HR Policies and Procedures:

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
• Communicate policy changes and updates to employees and management.

Benefits Administration:

• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Address employee inquires and facilitate open enrollment processes.

Payroll Administration:

• Facilitate all payroll runs and reporting utilizing ADP Workforce Now platform.

HR analytics and Reporting

• Compile and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports for management on key HR metrics and trends.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior generalist role.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
