Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure fair and consistent resolution.
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Performance Management:
- Facilitate performance review processes and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Work with managers to create individual development plans for employees.
Compliance:
- Stay abreast of federal and state employment laws and ensure company compliance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes align with legal requirements.
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
- Communicate policy changes and updates to employees and management.
Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Address employee inquires and facilitate open enrollment processes.
Payroll Administration:
- Facilitate all payroll runs and reporting utilizing ADP Workforce Now platform.
HR analytics and Reporting
- Compile and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports for management on key HR metrics and trends.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior generalist role.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
