Job Description
- Processes semi-monthly payroll and payroll adjustments; performs incentive and overtime calculations; audits payroll reports to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinates recruitment of employees. Places job ads; screens candidates and conducts initial phone interview; coordinates face-to-face interview with Managers; prepares interview packets. Conducts pre-employment screens including criminal background, credit check, bondability check, OFAC check, and reference checks.
- Organizes and participates in the new hire orientation process; reviews handbook and benefits; assists new employees with completion of paperwork.
- Enters new employee data into HRIS. Adds benefit plans to eligible employees and notifies carriers. Maintains personnel, payroll, and benefit files for employees.
- Prepares termination paperwork. Notifies insurance carriers and COBRA administrator.
- Reconciles medical, dental, voluntary life, vision, and Aflac bills on a monthly basis. Notifies carriers of any discrepancies.

Requirements
- Two to five years of similar or related experience.
- A bachelor’s degree, or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
- Full-time hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
