Job Summary

Job Summary
The Human Resources Executive Assistant will provide high-level and confidential administrative support to the HR director and the department by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, coordinating internal and external meetings and events. The Executive Assistant will anticipate needs and provide administrative support to the director during labor negotiations; performs work on special projects as assigned.

- Associate's degree or two years college coursework or related technical training; AND
- at least 5 years of progressively responsible administrative or related support experience.
