Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment labor laws
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives
- Manage employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of human capital management systems (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, SAP)
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR databases
- Assist with social media management for HR-related content
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Familiarity with human capital management systems (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, SAP)
- Proficient in data entry and HR database management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
