SalaryThe Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the Human Resources department under the direction and guidance of the HR Leadership Team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employee engagement and appreciation activities
- Coordinate new hire orientation including conference room scheduling, ordering lunch, collecting I9 data, etc.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, assessments and plant tours.
- Coordinate and schedule New Hire Orientation
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and HRIS processes.
- Maintain company electronic and physical bulletin boards through the development, creation and posting of information.
- Order materials and supplies for the HR department.
- Generate and prepare HR reports using various HRIS systems.
- Monitor completion of HRIS transactions
- Initiate communications to the leadership team to ensure outstanding HR transactions are updated and complete.
- Prepare weekly HR summary reports for payroll and safety.
- Create periodic and ad hoc HR reports including charts, graphs and departmental KPI performance.
- Assist employees with inquires and issues.
- Participate in cross functional teams such as the Safety Committee, Food Safety Quality, Engagement, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Leadership Team
