HR Coordinator
* On-site HR point of contact person to handle any type of request from employees regarding pay, benefits, workers compensation, PTO, uniforms, or any other question our associates may have.
* Recruitment: You may participate in the interviewing process, onboarding process, collecting ID's for the I-9 verification, and onboarding tasks utilizing our HRIS platform.
Role will support HR team in the daily administration of all HR tasks, duties or goals.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of HR experience, a familiarity with the workers compensation process, experience with benefits enrollments, conducting new hire orientations, and generating various types of reports to support higher-level HR objectives.
Must be computer proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and have previous experience with HRIS systems.
