The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with greeting all guests (internal or external) to the Human Resources Office while maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office. Responsibilities will include responding to phone, email, walk-ins and walking around the Hotel inquires, coordination and collaboration of colleague relations events, special projects, administrative responsibilities related to recruitment, benefits, payroll, leave of absence administration, worker’s compensation, and training. The Coordinator will also be an integral partner in creating and supporting a safety and well-being culture at the Hotel for all colleagues.

- Previous HR experience (1 - 2 year), is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, can work independently, is self-motivated
- Strong skill set in problem-solving, communication (written and verbal), appreciates details and organization
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Knowledge of HRIS (ADP), Time & Attendance (Kronos) and recruitment system (Taleo), is a plus
