We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing various HR and administrative functions daily. This is a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our HR processes.
Other required skills include the ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Conducting daily interviews and responding to all messages
- Onboarding candidates
- Creating drug test orders
- Tracking background checks
- Maintaining communication with candidates during the onboarding process
- Enrolling candidates in training
- Sending and tracking new hire tasks
- Creating and maintaining employee files
- Completing reports as directed
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must have at least 2 years of proven phone screening / interviewing experience.
- Must pass a 10 year background check.
- Must pass a 5-panel drug test.
*Schedule: 7:30am - 5:00pm, 5 day workweek
*Training Rate of pay for the first 30 days: $21.25 / hour
*Reports to General Manager
