A Human Resources Coordinator job is available in Sacramento CA. In this role, you will conduct bi-weekly payroll processing and submit off-cycle requests to our corporate payroll team. In addition, you will perform daily audits of wage and hourly compliance and participate in all benefit-related activities. The hourly compensation range is $28.00 - $30.00, depending on experience.

Human Resources Coordinator job responsibilities include:
- Bi-weekly payroll processing and submitting off-cycle requests to Corporate Payroll. This includes monitoring that supervisors are reviewing and auditing their team members' timecards.
- Daily Time and Attendance Tracking to ensure consistent application of Attendance Policy.
- Daily Audits of Wage and Hourly Compliance.
- Participates in all Benefit-related activities - New Hire Enrollment, Open Enrollment, and responding to team members' questions.
- As needed will facilitate New Hire Orientation
- Maintain new hire files and team member data.
- Lead and align MITER Foundation efforts.
- Lead and align Team Member recognition activities.
- Other office administrative duties as assigned.
- Reflect MITER Brands and Milgard Quality Pillars in all interactions.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures related to all facets of the job.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Training in Payroll, wage and hour law and timekeeping software preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience with automated time and attendance/payroll system for 350+ employees.
- Experience with Kronos a plus.
- 2 to 5 Years experience with administrative HR tasks
- Training in Payroll, wage and hour law and timekeeping software preferred.
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
- Read, write, and understand the English language.
- Must display a sense of urgency and self-motivation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in and promote a team environment.
