Position Summary:
Coordinate the execution and production of Point-Of-Purchase displays. Interact with account executives, engineering, estimating, and outside resources.
Main responsibilities:
- Assists in carrying out a variety of Human Resources programs and procedures for all company team members.
- Administers team member record systems to include compensation, performance management, and maintenance of team member records.
- Performs routine filing, scanning, and archiving of records to ensure record retention compliance.
- Assists organizes, and participates in all phases of the recruiting, selection, and hiring process by screening applicants, interviewing, conducting and/or arranging for any employment testing and evaluations, coordinating background checks, sending offer letters, creating employment file, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is received as required and file appropriately.
- Organizes and participates in new team member orientation and onboarding. Thoroughly explains policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Can fully explain the details of all benefits.
- Coordinates various new hire processes such as I-9 compliance.
- Coordinates meetings, events, and activities with the HR Department staff.
- Assists with company audits.
- Process/Record Safety/Health Programs expenses.
- Helps to coordinate Company sponsored events and activities.
- Provides backup to HR Specialist in her/his absence.
- One plus (1+) years of prior experience obtaining knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment and selection process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Bilingual in Spanish
