```Duties```
- Coordinate and assist with various HR activities, including employee evaluation, data collection, and conflict management.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit and onboard new employees.
- Support HR projects, such as organization design and affirmative action planning.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using HR software systems, such as UltiPro, for data management and reporting.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
