DEFINITION:
The purpose of this job/class within the organization is to the Human Resources department with its day-to-day activities. This job/class works under the supervision of the HR Manager, reporting major activities through periodic meetings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Not all-inclusive):
Answer department phone
Assist applicants as needed
Respond to employee questions
Maintaining employee records
Data entry
Store, copy scan, and file documents
Scheduling interviews
Reference checks
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires a High School Diploma. Requires 1-year experience in Human Resources, preferably in a government (municipal) setting.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Requires a driver's license valid in the State of Florida.
