Key Areas of Responsibility:
At IAAPA, our culture comes first, and we are looking for an HR Business Partner (Senior Manager) passionate about providing our employees with the best work experience possible through their support. This role is a strategic partner to senior leadership by developing and delivering integrated and inclusive HR Services such as Strategy Development, Organization Design, Talent Management, Employee Journey Map, Organization, Compensation, People Operations, Training and Development, Change & Transition Management, and Functional HR Operations. The HR Senior Manager role is critical in planning and executing HR processes, providing internal support, and mainstreaming all practices and procedures. In this role, you will engage designated leaders to understand the talent needs of the business and define people strategies as they relate to the site's needs.

Overall Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to the Leadership Team, guiding various HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting top talent for diverse roles within the organization.
- Foster a positive work environment by handling employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
- Provide strategic HR leadership and consultation focused on creating innovative HR strategies to anticipate and assess emerging business, organization, or people trends and identify and implement the appropriate Human Resource / Diversity and inclusion solutions.
- Deliver HR services to team members, resulting in a seamless point of contact to the broader organization and ensuring successful integration of functional partner initiatives and expertise.
- Maintain an effective level of business literacy to provide a consultative approach to the delivery of HR services. Leverage HR, business skills, and knowledge to challenge or influence leadership in decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for organizational growth and development. Design and implement programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and overall job satisfaction.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to day-to-day employee management.
- Coach and support Partners, Managers, and Team Leaders in developing people management skills.
- Maintains knowledge of current trends, technical, regulatory, and statutory related to the Human Resources function to ensure appropriate advice and counsel delivery.
- Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to creating HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
- Develop standard operating procedures for HR-related processes.
- Work with the Leadership Team on roles and responsibilities between teams and regions.

- HR Professional with five years+ of experience building effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in all areas of Human Resources.
- Experience working in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong team player.
- Commercially astute and good understanding of the practical application of HR.
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and discretion.
- Ability to inspire confidence and respect at all levels.
- Flexible in thinking and approach.
- Fluent both in English and Spanish
- Desired: ICAE or ICAP or equivalent certification or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
