You will sit within a business unit and partner with senior HR People leaders to interpret business requirements.
How you will contribute
You will:
Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned
Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance
Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market
Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility
Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
Manage work council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements
Consult on overhead management

The Human Resources Business Partner is aligned to the Marketing team and partners with the Senior People Lead to interpret business requirements through local business knowledge or physical proximity – working together with Business Unit and Functional Roles. This person is responsible for collaborating with other parts of HR to drive strategic growth.
This person:
Supports and partners with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of the function’s people strategy
Partners with People Lead on the definition and execution of change management initiatives
Delivers functional transformation activities throughout the BUs to ensure consistency
Makes people development a priority; advises, coaches and challenges managers (at the right level) to drive workforce performance
Drives an enabling, winning growth culture that translates into higher employee engagement
Coaches leaders in leveraging organization values and purpose for competitive advantage
Partners with Workforce Analytics and Insights CoE to leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions
Partners with People Services to support with the delivery of operational processes and Business Intimate Services
Partners with senior leaders to develop talent and succession plans in accordance with function’s needs
Works with Employee Experience Lead (within Talent CoE) to drive diversity and inclusion agenda with regards to integrated talent management strategy
Helps to ensure successful implementation of labor policies, and compliance with laws and agreements
Provides coaching and support to employees and leaders on Workday and HR Policies
Support team effectiveness processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
8 or more years of HR functional experience, including at least 3 years of Business Partnering and working with leadership teams
Experience supporting Marketing function is ideal
Strong experience with change management, talent stewardship, coaching and leadership development is critical
Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is strongly preferred
Experience in a multinational organization
Experience working in a matrix organization
Experience with Workday is a strong plus
Strong focus on employee centricity; true culture champion
Has an understanding of org effectiveness and rewards
Solid experience with problem solving and bringing proactive solutions
