Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $154600 - $208700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
- Drive to an effective close and negotiation of contract resulting in business growth.
- Facilitate the Business Development process to optimize the allocation of human resource efforts, effective processes, and systems.
- Collaborate with the construction team to plan and coordinate location openings and renovations to ensure quality implementation and effective return-on-investment.
- Deliver an established minimum percent of new business, retention of existing contracts, and ascertaining portion of sales funnel.
- Refine and enhance Business Development processes and tools to improve efficiency.
- Assists with the development of partnership strategies to engrain local and national networks to support growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or Business Development in the contract services industry, in a leadership capacity; hospitality experience highly desired.
- 5+ years of experience developing RFP’s or other new Business Development documents.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing, operations, and client profiles.
- Demonstrate strong sales, speaking, writing, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 70%) and work in a construction environment as appropriate.
