SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for its client in Lincoln, NE. The person will be responsible for will be responsible for various HR functions, from employee relations to talent development, in a manufacturing plant setting. This is an onsite position. This ideal candidate will be assisting the Sr. HR Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with department managers to provide guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and providing support to resolve issues.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Contribute to talent development by identifying training needs and coordinating development programs.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure their consistent application throughout the organization.
- Conduct regular site visits to the manufacturing plant to engage with employees and gain a deep understanding of the work environment.
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist is required.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Continuing knowledge in Human Resources practices, laws and regulations, and government and regulatory reporting requirements.
- PHR or SHRM certification is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS applications is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and data analytics skills are required.
