The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the Human Resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work.
This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
- Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on human capital management, employee relations, and other HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in the design and implementation of organizational structures and job descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Utilize HR systems to manage employee data and streamline HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
