Position Summary: The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for providing support in various areas of HR including recruitment, orientation/onboarding, managing, and maintaining the HR employee data.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of interviews with job candidates, and internal team members.
• Completing candidate reference checks.
• Managing HR records, including résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
• Preparing & issuing offer letters, and other pre-employment paperwork.
• Responsible for the processing of background checks, and drug screens.
• Assisting with the orientation, and new employee onboarding process.
• Preparation of HR reports.
• Coordinating company sponsored events.
• Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience working in Human Resources, business, or related field.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and HRIS database (ADP) preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Approachable and professional demeanor.
• Detail oriented with ability to maintain employee confidentiality.
