Key Areas of Responsibility:
The HR Associate administers IAAPA’s total rewards, including employee health, welfare and retirement plans companywide. The HR Associate will also specialize in talent acquisition and provide services to our office in LATAM and provide administrative support to the HR function as needed (e.g., correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry).

Overall Responsibilities:
Total Rewards Administrator:
- Prepare and update Total Rewards documentation for every employee upon hiring and after promotions and salary changes.
- Administers health plans, including enrollments and terminations.
- Acts as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefits-related problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations.
- Conducts new-employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefits plans and enrollment processes.
- Assists with annual open enrollment period of each year. Arrange for distribution of plan summary materials and required notices. Assist with communicating changes to employees.
- Enter data into ADP Workforce Now (HRIS system) as required to ensure all HR records remain up to date.
Talent Acquisition:
- Own the talent acquisition process posting open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate recruitment process with the hiring managers, and keep all involved parties updated.
Support to our LATAM Office:
- Provides HR services to our offices in Latin America.
- Coordinate with the LATAM office on their HR needs and ensure they are updated on any pending issues.
- Communicates effectively in both English and Spanish.
Qualification, Knowledge, Skill Required:
- One or more years in a Human Resources related role.
- Be well organized and able to multi-task.
- Be an effective communicator both, verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidetiality.
- Have excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish
