Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Assistant will support the Human Resources Team with projects and processes. The intern will gain an understanding of policies, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee recognition and engagement, and credentialing.
Experience:
- Has or is working towards a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer software and database skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
