Human Resources Assistant
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources Team. This is a full-time position; the ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is willing to learn and has a passion for Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files and updating HR databases.
- Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist with performance management activities, including preparing performance appraisal forms and scheduling review meetings.
- Support the HR team with other projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, majoring in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
