We have an immediate opening for a Human Resources Assistant.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, including posting job openings, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate employee orientation and ensure new hires have all necessary paperwork and information
- Maintain employee records and update HRIS system with changes in employment status or personal information
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Assist with employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with training initiatives and coordinate professional development opportunities
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Associates degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an HR assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (such as Paycom) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
