SalaryCovenant Physician Partners is hiring a HR Assistant at our corporate headquarters located in Downtown Nashville, TN.
SHIFT: This is a hybrid position with 3-days in office in Nashville and 2-days work from home.
About the Opportunity
This position provides administrative and project support to the Human Resources department. Partners with management as an integral asset to the company and a valued contributing member of the Human Resources team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides first level response to employee inquiries via email, phone, live chat and employee case management.
- Processes employee changes in HRIS system.
- Run and distribute OIG.
- Liaison with Communications team on HR communications for field.
- Process reimbursements for associates.
- Process photo badges for associates.
- Assist in processing invoices for department.
- Order supplies for Nashville office.
- Use initiative to handle a wide variety of administrative support projects.
- Provides general Human Resources support to the Human Resources team.
- Various duties related to benefits or NSC office management responsibilities.
- Other projects as assigned.
About the Candidate
- Three or more years of experience in corporate office setting required.
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.
- Superior customer service skills with positive phone personality / etiquette.
- High standard of personal presentation, approachable, and demonstrates flexibility.
- Excellent organizer with organizational ability for projects, events, etc.
- Integrity and confidentiality are a must.
- Strong attention to detail and works well under pressure, good multi-tasker, and ability to prioritize.
- Proficient in common office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
